QITDA horizontal 90° through-hole shielded RJ45 empty socket is equipped with side metal ground spring shrapnels to strengthen grounding connection stability, adopting standard 8P8C Ethernet signal pin layout. It features hollow empty internal cavity with no pre-installed pulse transformer, EMI filter magnetic cores and link/activity LED lights, leaving reserved inner space for customers to self-assemble gigabit or fast Ethernet isolation transformers based on circuit bandwidth, PoE power supply and cost design requirements.
Horizontal straight through-hole DIP pins fully adapt to automatic wave soldering mass production lines. The extended side ground shrapnels tightly clamp PCB ground pads, greatly improving shielding continuity and anti-interference capability for industrial high-noise environments. Full nickel-plated metal shielding shell effectively isolates external electromagnetic noise and internal signal crosstalk, ensuring stable long-distance data transmission performance.
Contact terminals are made of phosphor bronze substrate with heavy gold plating, delivering ultra-low contact resistance, outstanding wear resistance, strong anti-oxidation performance and long plug/unplug service life.
