QITDA ultra-thin low-profile single-port shielded RJ45 (RJ50) SMT connector adopts optimized slim shell structure with ultra-low vertical height, 10P10C full pin configuration for flexible expansion. This is empty shell design without built-in pulse transformer, EMI filter magnetics and link/activity LED, reserved inner cavity for customers to assemble magnetic components based on circuit speed and power demands.
10P10C pin layout contains 8 standard ethernet signal pins plus 2 extra expansion pins, compatible with PoE power supply, auxiliary power input or additional signal transmission, supporting self-matched 100Mbps fast ethernet and 1000Mbps gigabit transformer modules. Ultra-slim body greatly reduces PCB stacking height, ideal for thin laptops, ultra-flat IoT devices, slim POS terminals, thin embedded control boards and compact portable network hardware.
Surface Mount Technology (SMT) flat pin layout fully adapts to automated reflow soldering mass production lines. Full nickel-plated metal shielding shell delivers comprehensive EMI anti-interference protection, blocking external electromagnetic noise and internal signal crosstalk to ensure stable data transmission. All contact terminals are phosphor bronze substrate with heavy gold plating, featuring ultra-low contact resistance, excellent wear resistance, anti-oxidation performance and long plug cycle service life.
Customization options include pin length, shell thickness, positioning lug structure and pin assignment adjustment. The product complies with ISO9001 quality system certification and RoHS environmental compliance standards.
