QITDA stacked integrated combo connector integrates 1 port gigabit RJ45 ethernet socket and 1 independent USB2.0 female port into one compact shielded metal housing. The RJ45 module is equipped with professional gigabit pulse transformer, EMI filter magnetics and green-yellow dual link & activity indicator LEDs; 100Mbps fast ethernet version is also optional. The built-in USB2.0 port supports up to 480Mbps data transmission speed, backward compatible with USB1.1.
The vertical stacked integrated structure greatly saves PCB layout space, realizing network communication and USB peripheral expansion with only one connector component. The gigabit-grade internal magnetics of RJ45 effectively suppress high-frequency crosstalk, signal attenuation, return loss and electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable lossless 1000Mbps bandwidth transmission. Dual LED lights deliver real-time ethernet operating feedback: green light for physical network link connection, yellow light flickers for ongoing data transmission activity. The USB2.0 contact terminals adopt gold plating for stable signal transmission and reliable plug-in performance.
Full nickel-plated metal shielding shell provides comprehensive EMI & ESD isolation protection between RJ45 and USB circuits, preventing mutual signal interference, performing steadily in industrial control, embedded equipment, smart gateways and complex electromagnetic noise environments. DIP through-hole pin design matches automatic wave soldering mass production lines perfectly. All contact pins use phosphor bronze substrate with heavy gold plating, featuring ultra-low contact resistance, excellent wear resistance, oxidation resistance and long plug cycle service life.
