QITDA horizontal flat pin DIP RJ45 shielded connector adopts flat wide through-hole pins for larger soldering contact area, stable welding performance and stronger PCB fixing force. Standard 8P8C Ethernet pin layout supports two configurable versions: with dual-color LED + integrated gigabit transformer, or empty shell without transformer & LED for customer self-assembly of magnetic components. It fully complies with IEEE802.3 10/100/1000Mbps gigabit Ethernet standard and backward compatible with 100Mbps fast Ethernet.
Horizontal 90° flat pin design optimizes wave soldering process, reduces cold solder and loose pin risks in mass production. Full nickel-plated metal shielding shell provides reliable EMI interference suppression, isolates external electromagnetic noise and internal signal crosstalk to guarantee steady high-speed data transmission. For LED-equipped variants, solid green light marks network link connection, flashing yellow light indicates data transmission status.
Contact terminals are phosphor bronze base with heavy gold plating, featuring ultra-low contact resistance, superior wear resistance and oxidation resistance for long plug cycle service life. Multiple customizable options include pin thickness, LED presence, transformer impedance, shell size and pinout definition.
