QITDA horizontal full-plastic unshielded RJ45 DIP connector adopts high-temperature resistant black engineering plastic integrated housing, equipped with standard 8P8C Ethernet signal pin layout. This model is an empty internal cavity design without built-in pulse isolation transformer, EMI filter magnetic core and link/activity LED indicators. The hollow inner space allows customers to independently assemble gigabit or fast Ethernet transformer modules according to circuit bandwidth, PoE power supply and cost budget.
Horizontal straight through-hole DIP pins match automated wave soldering production lines perfectly. Integrated positioning support feet fix the socket firmly on PCB during soldering to prevent offset and tilt, lowering production defective rate. The all-plastic unshielded structure delivers obvious cost advantages for low-electromagnetic-interference application scenarios such as smart home, consumer electronics and low-power IoT modules.
